SHEWETH:

  1. That this application for bail arises out of the aforesaid Appeal filed on ………… against the judgment and order of conviction and sentence passed on …………..by Mr. ________________, in ________Case No. convicting the petitioner under section _____________of Act and sentenced him to suffer RI for ______ years and to pay a fine of Tk. _________ in default to suffer R.I. for _______ years.

  1. That the police after investigation submitted charge sheet against all the petitioner named in the FIR and thereafter the case was sent to the learned Sessions Judge, ……….Court / Tribunal for trial.

  1. That PW 1 is a highly interested witness. The conviction was based on his evidence only. There was no corroborating evidence.

  1. That the petitioner has a very good chance of success in the appeal.

  1. That the petitioner is a bonafide citizen of Bangladesh and there is no chance of him absconding if he is released on bail.

Wherefore, it is most humbly prayed that your Lordships would graciously be pleased to enlarge the accused-appellant-petitioner on bail till the disposal of the Appeal and /or pass such other or further order or orders as to your Lordships may deem fit and proper.

And for this act of kindness your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.
