SHEWETH:
- That this application for bail arises out of the aforesaid Appeal filed on ………… against the judgment and order of conviction and sentence passed on …………..by Mr. ________________, in ________Case No. convicting the petitioner under section _____________of Act and sentenced him to suffer RI for ______ years and to pay a fine of Tk. _________ in default to suffer R.I. for _______ years.
