SUPPLEMENTERY AFFIDAVIT ON BEHALF OF THE PETITIONER

I, X son of _______________________ of __________________________, aged about _______ years, by faith Muslim, by nationality Bangladeshi, by profession businessman, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:

1. That I am the petitioner in this revisional petition and acquainted with the facts and circumstances and competent to swear this Affidavit.

2. That due to annual vacation of the District Court, while submitting the revisional petition I could not enclose with the petition the original certified copy of the Order (No. 11) dated 04.06.97 passed by Mr. Golum Ahmed Khalilur Rahman, 1st Assistant Judge, Dhaka in Title Suit No. 245 of 1996 allowing the application filed by the opposite-party No.1 on 13.10.96 for temporary injunction to restrain the petitioner from working as the Managing Director of Chuadanga Flour Mills Limited, a private Company limited by shares incorporated under the Companies Act, 1913 and restraining the opposite-party No.2 from passing the resolution dated 20.04.96 adopted by the Board of Directors of the said Company. But I submitted a photocopy of the said certified copy. Now the original certified copy of the said order is enclosed herewith as directed by the Hon’ble Court.

3. That this supplementary affidavit may please be treated as part of the revisional petition and the lapse may please be regretted.

4. That the statements made hereinabove are true to the best of my knowledge which I verily believe to be true.
