From our overall study we can conclude that, The job market in Bangladesh are in a good position. The number of potential customers is high. The demands of branded products are also high. There is no restriction for new business to enter into the market. Government law, rules and regulations are very much positive. Multinational companies can easily enter into the market. Many organization and multinational companies require experienced and qualified people to fill up the vacant positions.
After analyzing the data of seven weeks collected from bdjobs.com we can come to the conclusion that the job opening in Bangladesh are increasing very rapidly. If new multinational companies start their operations in Bangladesh then job opening will increase more and we have sufficient workforce to fulfill their requirements.
