Section—2(1)

Creation
and naming of a new Division on the authority of Section 2(1) of the Bengal
Revenue Commissions Regulation, 1929 does not offend any of the fundamental
rights envisaged under Part-Ill of the Constitution of Bangladesh and as such
the Gazette Notification published to that effect cannot be declared to have
been made without lawful authority.
