NOW THE CONDITION of the above-written Bond is such that if the said Employee shall faithfully discharge his duties as a Treasurer and Accountant or if the said Employee and Surety or either of them shall at all times hereafter keep indemnified the said A.B. against all losses, costs, damages and expenses which he may pay or sustain by reason of his taking the said Employee into his employ by reason of any act, embezzlement, mismanagement, neglect or default of or by the said Employee whilst in the employ of the said firm or otherwise, THEN in either of the said cases the above-written Bond shall be void, otherwise the same shall remain in full force.
