Rules 3 and
4

Construction
of building without leaving 4(four) feet side space as provided under Building
Construction Rules—Whether for such violation perpetual and mandatory
injunction or compensation is to be granted— That rain water may cause trouble
and fall on the land of the plaintiff because of the elevation of. the
defendant’s multistoried building cannot be over ruled—This inconvenience shows
that the injury was not great—So instead of granting perpetual or mandatory
injunction compensation was granted—Specific Relief Act (I of 1877) Ss. 54 and
55.
