Article 98(2)(b) read with Constitution of Bangladesh, 1972 Article 102(2)(b)(i)—
The language of Article 98 of 1962 Pakistan Constitution which has been imported into Article 102 of Bangladesh Constitution of 1972 has been couched in such a manner which is untrammeled by the formalities or technicalities of either section 491 of the Code of Criminal Procedure or the old prerogative writ of Habeas Corpus.
