Rule 1(2)–

The
petitioner’s statistical report over the entire Mouza has no manner of
application, rather the specific report on the extended area invites the prime
consideration because the law only provides for the area as shown in the
notification described by plot numbers and JI number but not by the entire
Mouza, the Ward or Union as alleged by the petitioner.
