THIS DEED made the . . . . . . . day of . . . . . . ., 20 . . . . . . . . . . . . . .  BETWEEN A.B. etc. (hereinafter called ‘‘the Grantor’’) of the one part AND C.D. etc. (hereinafter called ‘‘the Grantee’’) of the other part.

Witnesses that in consideration of the sum of Rs . . . . . . . paid by the Grantee to the Grantor (the receipt of which the Grantor hereby acknowledges) the Grantor hereby grants to the Grantee FULL AND FREE right to the uninterrupted access, transmission and enjoyment of light over and across all that piece of land belonging to the Grantor situate at . . . . . . . containing . . . . . .  areas and delineated on the plan annexed hereto and thereon shown as coloured red to the existing windows of the house of the grantee erected on the land adjoining the said land on the North thereof TO HOLD the said easement hereby granted to the Grantee and his successors-in-title as appurtenant to the aforesaid house.
