Orders directing anything to be done by a party must be communicated to it.
The Rule provides that orders directing anything to be done by a party or his Advocate must be communicated to and signed by the party or his Advocate. If an order of Court affecting one of the pillars of the suit such as transfer of the case from one Court to another or from one place to another is meant for communication, it must be so communicated before the suit procedures further.
