Petitioner was serving as an Assistant Inspector of college and the appointing authority of the petitioner is the Syndicate of the Jatiya Bishyabiddyloya. But the registrar — in—charge issued the Order of Suspension — Held: we are Constrained to hold that the Registrar-in-charge had no jurisdiction to issue the impugned orders against the petitioner.
