LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1976

In exercising the power under section 561A of the Code of Criminal Procedure to do real justice this Court cannot help a person who is flouting an order of a Court on mere technical ground and thereby helping him in avoiding the payment of fine imposed by a village Court which shall be recovered by Union Parishad concerned in accordance with Local Government Ordinance, 1976.
