(Rupees . . . . . . . . . . ) only as per details given in the Schedule hereto hereby covenant to repay the said sum of Rs . . . . . . . . . . with interest thereon at the agreed rate of Rs. . . . . . . . . . p.m. within three months from the date of this instrument, as soon as may standing Rabi crops are harvested and gathered.
