Please take notice that you are in arrears of rent for the period from

Your tenancy is also terminated by this notice of 30 days and you are also to quit the said house and deliver quiet possession of the same after the expiry of this notice. On failure to pay and quit by the period aforesaid a civil suit for your eviction will be filed claiming arrears of rent and recovery of possession of the property in your occupation which may also be noted.
