Petition under Section 66(1) of the Provincial Insolvency Act.

1. That the petitioner was declared and adjudged insolvent by this court under orders dated . . . . . . . . . . in the present insolvency case. Under the same orders the petitioner was directed to apply for discharge within a period of one year from the date of the order aforesaid.

2. That the petitioner specified all his assets and properties vide Schedule ‘A’ attached to the petition of insolvency dated . . . . . . . . . .

3. That during the period of the presentation of the insolvency petition and the date of the petitioner being declared and adjudged insolvent, the petitioner endeavoured hard to pay off all the creditors and he has succeeded in paying off all the creditors’ debts to the extent of 15 paise per rupee per creditor respectively.

4. That if the insolvent is permitted to superintend the management of the property specified vide Schedule ‘A’ of the insolvency petition, it will be beneficial for the creditors and the petitioner will be able to pay off to the creditors their debts.

It is, therefore, prayed that petitioner be appointed to superintend the management of the property of the petitioner in such manner and on such terms as the court may direct.
