The humble petition of

A.B. . . . . . . . . . . . petitioner abovementioned most respectfully sheweth:

1. That by his last Will and Testament executed on . . . . . . . . . . . (date) the late Shri . . . . . . . . . . . appointed the petitioner as the guardian of his son . . . . . . . . . . . (name, residence of the minor) for his person and property.

2. That the properties of the said minor have been specified vide Annexure ‘A’ to this application.

3. That the minor is now 16 years of age and he has passed his High School Examination in the First Division from . . . . . . . . . . . College.

4. That it is expedient in the interest of the minor that he should be provided with the means of carrying on his further studies and for the purpose of which an expenditure of about Rs. . . . . . . . . . . . is needed.

5. That the petitioner has nothing in cash on behalf of the minor and therefore the necessary expenditure for the further education of the minor can be raised only if one of the properties specified at No. (1) in the list of the properties given in the Annexure ‘A’ of this application, be disposed of.

Wherefore it is prayed that permission may be given to the petitioner to dispose of the property specified at No. (1) in the list, Annexure ‘A’ attached along with this application and to apply the sale proceeds for meeting the expenditure to be incurred in the further education of the minor aforesaid.
