Joint application of the parties under Section 21, Arbitration Act.

The parties to the suit state as under:

1. That the parties to the suit have agreed that the matter in difference between them in the suit should be referred to arbitration, and that Shri . . . . . . . s/o . . . . . . . . . r/o . . . . . . . . . be appointed as sole arbitrator to whom the matters in reference between the parties in the suit be referred.

2. That the parties to the suit have also agreed among themselves that the decision given by the arbitrator referred to in Para 1 above by way of award shall be binding on the parties to the suit.

It is, therefore, prayed that an order of reference in respect of the matters in difference between the parties in suit be made to the arbitration referred to in Para 1 above, who should be directed to make his award and submit the same in this court within the time to be fixed by this court.
