Ltd., being a company registered and incorporated in India under the provisions of the Indian Companies Act, 1956, and having their registered office at. . . . . . . . ., India, do hereby appoint Shri . . . . . of . . . . . . . . . attorney of the company in England, to affix in conformity with the provisions of Section 50 of the Indian Companies Act, 1956, the official seal of the company to all deeds, contracts, instruments and documents whatsoever to which the company are or may hereafter be made party;

AND the company does hereby direct the said attorney on such sealing, under this power, of any such deed, contract, instrument and document as aforesaid to endorse thereon a certificate by writing under his hand, the date and place of such affixation.
