Whether an executive committee after being elected has to be approved by the Board

Learned appellate court below allowed the prayer for temporary and mandatory injunction on the ground that the Managing Committee which was elected in 1995 is not a valid committee in as much as the said committee has not been approved by the
Board—There is no such provision in the regulation which requires that an executive committee after being elected has to be approved by the Board.
