Between X.Y., wife of L.M., daughter of A.B., of the one  part; And C.D., son of . . . . . . . . ., of . . . . . . . . . and E.F. son of . . . . . . . . . of . . . . . . . . . (trustees of marriage settlement) of the other part:

WHEREAS by deed of settlement dated the . . . . . . . . .day of . . . . . , 20 . . . . . . . . ., and made between the said A.B. (settlor) and the said C.D. and E.F. (trustees of the settlement) of the other part, diverse government promissory notes and securities of the value, denominations, and numbers as therein described were transferred by the said A.B. unto the said C.D. and E.F. upon trust to assign the same with interests and dividends thereon unto the said X.Y. if a marriage was solemnised between the said L.M. and the said X.Y. within  . . . . . . . . . months of the execution of the said deed of settlement;

AND WHEREAS a marriage was duly solemnised between the said L.M. and said X.Y. within the time aforesaid;

AND WHEREAS the said  C.D. and E.F. have duly transferred unto the said X.Y. all and singular the said government promissory notes and securities with all the dividends and interests thereon up to the day of the said transfer;

AND WHEREAS the said X.Y., having examined and being satisfied with the account rendered by the said C.D. and E.F., had agreed before the said transfer to execute such release as is hereinafter mentioned:

NOW THIS INSTRUMENT WITNESSES that in pursuance of the said agreement and in consideration of the premises she, the said X.Y., does hereby release each of them, the said C.D. and E.F., and each of their heirs, executors, administrators, estates and effects from all actions, suits, accounts, claims and demands whatsoever for or in respect of the administration, disposition or application of the said trust premises or of any part thereof, or for anything done or omitted or neglected by the C.D. and E.F. or any of them in respect of the said trust premises or any part thereof, or for or in respect of any other thing in any wise relating to the said trust premises.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the abovenamed X.Y. has hereunto set her hand the day and year first abovewritten.
