SPECIFICATION ACT, 2019

Law made for giving authority to make payments and specifications from the Allied Fund for the execution of the financial year ending June 1, 2020

Since it is expedient and necessary to authorize payment and specification from the joint fund for the execution of the fiscal year ending June 1, 2021;

Therefore, the law is hereby made as follows: –

Short title and introduction

  1. (3) This Act shall be called Specification Act, 20.

(2) It shall come into force on 1st July, 25th, according to 1Ashar, 128th Bengal.

Payment of Rs. 122,22,28,7 (six lakh forty thousand four hundred eighty seven million seven hundred twenty seven thousand) from the allied funds for the financial year.

  1. Contrary to the procedure set forth in Column 2 of this Act, for the expenditure of all expenditures which may be incurred in the fiscal year ending June 1, 2021, the amount mentioned in column 1 is 122,28,23,6 (six million forty-four thousand seven hundred seventy seven million seven hundred thousand seven hundred thousand seven hundred thousand seven hundred thousand). Excessive amounts of money will be payable and expendable from the linked funds.

Specification

  1. The amount allowed for payment and expenditure from the funds connected with this Act shall be in excess of the amount mentioned in Column 1, for the purposes described in Column 2 of the Schedule of this Act, in the fiscal year ending June 1, 2021.
