ABSORPTION RULES, 1983

 

Rule—2(h)

Absorbtion—The decision
to absorb any of those teachers of the school who were appointed before the
date of declaration to nationalise the school is rational, reasonable and
within Government authority. It cannot be said to be arbitrary, whimsical and
the Government in these circumstances cannot be compelled to appoint the
petitioner or any other subsequently appointed teachers of the nationalised
school.
