In Bangladesh there are distinctions regarding the status of woman in different religions. In our country mostly there are two vital religions. One is Muslim and another is Hindu religion. Muslim law gives some rights regarding various spheres of life. In this dissertation I have examined the ratio and sorts of right, made assured in the both religions.
A comparative study has been made and some recommendations regarding rights to the Hindu women and Muslim woman made to eliminate the loopholes, existing in the laws. To reach the goal I have followed books, articles of the reputed authors and the sources of law.
