Labour law is the body of laws, administrative rulings, and precedents which address the legal rights of, and restrictions on, working people and their organizations. As such, it mediates many aspects of the relationship between trade unions, employers and employees. Body of law that applies to matters such as employment, wages, conditions of work, labour unions, and labour-management relations is treated as Labour Law.
Labour law cover the forms and methods of payment, pay rates, social security, pensions, and other matters. Legislation on working conditions regulates hours, rest periods, vacations, child labour, equality in the workplace, and health and safety. Laws on trade unions and labour-management relations address the status of unions, the rights and obligations of workers’ and employers’ organizations, collective bargaining agreements, and rules for settling strikes and other disputes.

From very survey we find that the clients cannot found proper remedy due to lack of experience of the legal consultant.
