Inasmuch as the title to the property is defective and incapable at present
of  being confirmed, the purchase money shall be paid by the Vendor to
two trustees (one to be nominated by the Vendor and the other by the
Purchaser) to be held in trust as an indemnity fund against all claims which

trustees shall invest the Purchase-money in any investments from time to
time authorised as investments for trust money, and shall have power to

In consideration of your accepting this agreement, and endeavouring to
