POWER OF ATTORNEY
THIS DEED OF CANCELLATION AND REVOCATION OF POWER OF ATTORNEY IS EXECUTED ON THIS THE _______ DAY OF _______________ MONTH OF TWO THOUSAND TWELVE- BY:
Mosammat Salma Begum, wife of Md. Motiur Rahman Khan, daughter of Late Jalil Sheikh & Mosammat Nazma Begum, permanent address of 20, Hormohan Shil Street, Post Office-Posta, Police Station-Lalbagh, District-Dhaka, present address of 187, J. N. Saha Road, Post Office-Posta, Police Station-Lalbagh, District-Dhaka, hereinafter referred to as the ‘PRINCIPAL’ (which expression shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the context mean and include his legal heirs, legal representatives and assignees).
WHEREAS the said PRINCIPAL appointed Bank AsiA Limited, a scheduled bank incorporated under the companies act, 1994 and governed by the bank companies act, 1913, carrying out its banking business having its Head Office at Rangs Tower (2nd to 6th Floor), 68, Purana Paltan, Dhaka-1000, Motijheel C/A, Dhaka-1000, along with one of its branch office namely, “Bank AsiA Limited”, Mitford Branch, Bismillah Tower, 147/148, Mitford Road, Dhaka-1100, hereinafter referred to as the “BANK” (which expression shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the context mean and include its heirs, legal representatives and assignees) as an Attorney; and
WHEREAS the said PRINCIPAL appointed the Bank to be their true and lawful Attorney by way of executing an Irrevocable Power of Attorney being No. 10348 dated 01.12.2010, registered with the Sadar Sub-Registry Office of Dhaka, to do, execute and perform all acts, deeds and things set forth therein in his name and on his behalf relating to the property fully described in the schedule below;
AND WHEREAS it has now become necessary and/ or expedient for the PRINCIPAL to revoke the powers conferred therein to the Bank.
NOW KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the PRINCIPAL hereby cancel the said Irrevocable Power of Attorney absolutely and completely revoke all powers or authority thereby and there under given to the said Bank either expressly or impliedly, to all intends and purposes, provided that nothing herein contained shall render invalid or ineffective any act, deed or thing lawfully and bona fide done or caused to be done by the said Bank under any by virtue of power given to it before the revocation thereof by these presents.

All that piece and parcel of land measuring (1.65+.29) = 1.94 (one point nine four) decimals, situated within District-Dhaka, Police Station-Kamrangirchar & Sub-Registry Office- Sadar Dhaka, under Dhaka Collectoriate Touzi-15564, J. L. No. Sabek-349, S. A. 70, Hal-3, Mouza- Charkamrangi, Sabek Khatian No. 90, S. A. Khatian No. 113, R. S. Khatian No. 327 & 467, Dhaka City Jorip Khatian No. 553 & 2904, Sabek & S. A. Dag No. 895 (eight hundred ninety five), R. S. 2507 (two thousand five hundred seven), Dhaka City Jorip Dag No. 9450 (nine thousand four hundred fifty); butted & bounded by:
On the North : Land of Haji Abdul Karim;
On the South : Others plot;
On the East : Sold land of Md. Babul;
On the West : Land of Md. Abdul Hannan.
along with 2 (two) storied under construction residential building all structures and building constructed and to be constructed therein together with all rights, interests, title, easements etc. attached thereto or appertaining to the scheduled property.

N. Saha Road, Post Office-Posta, Police Station-Lalbagh, District-Dhaka do hereby solemnly affirm and state as follows:
- I am the absolute owner of the scheduled property.
- I am a bona fide national and permanent resident of Bangladesh by birth, with the right of permanent residence in Bangladesh.
- The immovable property to be transferred is not under attachment under the Bangladesh Collaborators (special Tribunal) Order No. 8 of 1972.
- The immovable property proposed to be transferred is not Abandoned Property (Control Management & Disposal) Order No. 16 of 1972.
- The immovable property proposed to be transferred does not contravene any provision of any other law for the time being in forced in Bangladesh.
- That the proposed transfer does not contravene any other law for the time being in force in Bangladesh.
- That the propose transfer does not contravene and is not liable to be void under Article 5/A of the Bangladesh land holding (Limitation) Order No. 98 of 1972,
- The immovable property proposed to be transferred has been correctly described and has not been undervalued and the applicant has transferable rights in such property.
THE STATEMENT MADE ABOVE ARE TRUE AND CORRECT TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND BELIEF IN WITNESS WHEREOF I SIGNED AND SWEAR THE AFFIDAVIT ON THIS THE _______ DAY OF ______________ 2012.
