 The humble petition of the above named petitioner most respectfully-

SHEWETH:

  1. That today is fixed for charge hearing.
  1. That the learned lawyer of the petitioner is not prepared for the charge hearing and he requires some more time to prepare the draft of the discharge petition under section 265C of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898.

Wherefore, it is humbly prayed that your Honor would graciously be pleased to adjourn the charge hearing for the ends of justice.

And for this acts of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.
