Re: Artha Jari Case No. 433 of 2004 filed against Mrs. A and others.

With reference to the above, please be informed that next date of the above case has been fixed on 26.06.2005 for auction under Section 33 (1) of the Artha Rin Adalat Ain, 2003 . We accordingly are sending herewith an auction notice duly approved by the court, which is required to be published in the “Dainik Amar Desh”. Pursuant to section 33 of the Artha Rin Adalat Ain, 2003, aforesaid notice is required to be published at least 15 (fifteen) working days prior to the date fixed for auction i.e. 26.06. 2005.

You are therefore requested to publish the auction notice in aforesaid manner and send us the issues of newspapers immediately after publication of the same.

Please note that the process server will meet you in the process of execution of the proclamation of the auction. You are requested to send an officer with the process server who will identify the mortgaged property in question. In the absence of any identifier (nishandayak), the process server shall not be able to execute the proclamation of auction.
