The petitioner most respectfully-

SHEWETH:

  1. That the petitioner of the instant Mis. Case had been suffering from virus fever on the last fixed date on 14.01.2009 which was for PW.
  1. That the learned lawyer of the petitioner according submitted a time petition for the adjournment which was allowed with 1000.00 taka cost.
  1. That the petitioner could not appear the Court which was beyond his control.
  1. That it was the petitioner’s 1st time prayer in the PW.

Therefore, it is humbly prayed to the learned Court that your honour would graciously be pleased to issue an order to exempt the petitioner from paying the said cost and pass any other or further order or orders which the learned Court may deem fit and proper.

 And for this act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.
