RE:     ARTHA RIN SUIT NO. 127/2007, A/C. Company 1 FILED IN THE 2ND ARTHA RIN ADALAT, DHAKA

With reference to the above, please be informed that the next date of the captioned suit is fixed for Exparte hearing in the 2nd Artha Rin Court, Dhaka on 17.01.2008. On that date we have to present before the Learned Court with an authorized person of your Company to conduct the hearing.

Therefore, you are requested to depute one of your authorized representatives to represent in the concerned Court and give evidence on behalf of Company 2 on the next date, 17.01.2008. You are also requested to advise him to attend at our chamber one day before the hearing date with all relevant documents for the preparation of the case.
