Re: Artha Rin Suit No. 24 of 2006 (Artha Rin Suit No. 01 of 2005) filed against Mrs. A and another.

We refer to your letter dated 18.04.2006 on the above subject matter. Please be informed that as per your instruction we have already drafted a solenama petition which to be filed in the Artha Rin Adalat 4th Court at Dhaka on 08.05.2006 i.e. the next date of the suit. Pleas note that the authorized officer of the plaintiff and Mr. X have to attend the Court on that date to swear affidavit in support of the petition.
