Re:       Artha Rin Suit No. 331 of 2004 filed in the 2nd Artha Rin Adalat, Dhaka against The Bank 1 (Suit Valued at Tk. 35, 51, 171.56).

With reference to the above, please be informed that the next date of the suit has been fixed on 24.11.2004 for filing paper cutting of publication of summon notice in the newspapers.

Please find enclosed herewith the summon notice approved by the 2nd Artha Rin Adalat, Dhaka to be published in the two daily newspapers namely “ Dainik Manobjamin” and “Dainik Samachar”. After publishing the notice please forward us the relevant issues of the newspapers at least 2/3 days prior to the next date of the suit.

Further development of the above suit shall be communicated to you from time to time.
