KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that We, (1) Chairman, Bangladesh Forest Industries Development Corporation, 73 Motijheel Commercial Area, Dhaka-1000 and (2) General Manager, Bangladesh Forest Industries Development Corporation, Karnafuli, Weed Procurement Unit, Kaptai, Rangamati, Petitioners in this case, do appoint, authorise, and empower the Advocates noted below or any of them as our lawful Advocate or Advocates for appearing, conducting, compromising and arguing the same, for depositing or withdrawing any money in connection therewith for filing or taking back any documents and for doing all acts that may be necessary to be done in connection with the said case and we further say that any act done by our said Advocate(s) after accepting this POWER shall be considered as our true and lawful act. Be it noted that unless full payment is made by us according to oral agreement towards fees, the Advocate(s) may not appear on our behalf.
