Re:      Corrigendum of Legal Notice dated 14.03.2007 under Section 138 of The Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881(as amended)

We have issued legal notice dated 14.03.2007 on behalf of our client Bank 1 Dhaka to you to pay the cheque amount of Tk.75,00,000.00 (Taka seventy five lac) only to our client within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of notice. The said notice has been mailed to you on 14.03.2007.

In paragraphs 1 and 2 of the said notice, the name of the drawee Bank has been inadvertently typed as “Bank 2”, instead of “Bank 3”. The name of the “Bank 2” shall be read as “Bank 3”. The other contents of the said notice dated 14.03.2007 shall remain unchanged.
