7. Chain of ownership of the property for at least 25 years:
 

WHEREAS, One Sabed Ali was the C.S. & S.A. recorded owner of the scheduled property along with other land. After death of Sabed Ali  his sons namely Al Haj Md. Noab Ali, Al Haj Md. Rahmat Ali, Abdur Rahman and Abdul Gafur acquired the property by way of inheritance and later on their names were duly recored in R.S. operation. Subsequently they jointly sold the scheduled property to S through 5 (five) different Saf Kabala Deed bearing Nos. Saf Kabala Deed No. 10507 dated 18.12.2004, Saf Kabala Deed No. 10508 dated 18.12.2004, Saf Kabala Deed No. 3318 dated 02.04.2002, Saf Kabala Deed No. 658 dated 17.01.2002 & Saf Kabala Deed No. 2216 dated 15.03.2005 all are registered in the office of Shreepur Sub- Registrar, Gazipur, in respect of total land measuring (35+32+23+100+10.50)=200.50 (two hundred point five zero) decimals. Thereafter the said owner Md. Shameem Hossain sold most of the his purchased property (i) Md. K & (ii) Md. A through Deed of Sale being No. 8601 dated 07.10.2007 registered in the office of Shreepur Sub- Registrar, Gazipur, in respect of land measuring 140.35 decimals. The rest of 60.15 decimals of land is belong to Md. Shameem Hossain.

 

 

AND WHEREAS (i) Md. K, (ii) Md. A & Md. Shameem Hossain have become the owners of the scheduled property and got mutated the same by their names in the Govt. Revenue Record vide Mutation Case No. 9460/07-08 dated 17.04.2008 and 9090/07-08 dated 9090/07-08 dated 02.04.2008 respectively and paying ground rent thereof.

 

AND WHEREAS the PURCHASER has paid the consideration price of the Scheduled Property amounting Tk. …………………….. (Taka  ………………… ……………………………………..) only to the SELLER and SELLER received the said consideration price and hereby acknowledges receipt thereof.
