Please find enclosed herewith Petition to be filed against the Company 1, which needs to be sealed and signed by you in the designated place. After sealing and signing of the Petition, you are requested to return the same to us as soon as possible so that we can file it in the earliest possible time. You are required to send us copy of all dishonoured cheques, all dishonoured slips, and letter of authorisation. We would like to remind you that the last date of filing the petition is 25.11.2007. The petition would be time barred to file after this stipulated time and it would be at your own risk and responsibility.
