Re: Further information needed – Legal Opinion regarding selling procedure of repossessed vehicles.

We refer to your letter dated May 22, 2007 on the above subject.

From perusal of the order of the Magistrate dated 17.04.07 in the Motijheel Thana Case No. 72(3) of 2007, it appears that COMPANY 1 gave undertakings to the court before repossessing the cars.

In order for us to give our opinion, we need to peruse the undertakings given by COMPANY 1. You are requested to provide us with copies of the undertakings as soon as possible.

If you have any further query, please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned.
