RE: i)  Checking of Solenama for submission in the Suit. A/C Company 1.

We have perused the contents of your letter dated 11.10.2005. We have scrutinized the draft Solenama and found the same in order. Bank may send the same to the Bank 1 for submission to the concern Artha Rin Court.

However it appears that in terms of Solenama Company 1 shall repay the entire decreetal amount within 2016. In such situation it is mentionable that pursuant to the provision of section 49 of the Artha Rin Adalat Ain, 2003 the concern Artha Rin Court may reject the Solenama. Please note that we have checked the certified copies of the judgments of the Artha Rin Suit No. 162/03 and 163/03 and found the same in order.
