Dear Sir,

01. That today it is fixed for the hearing of the petition under section 28 of the Bankruptcy Act, 1997 filed by the defendant No.2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 10 for dismissal of plaint as regards the said defendants.

02. That inadvertently the said defendants were impleaded in the above case, as being the directors of the principal debtor’s company.

03. That the plaintiff now seeks an adjournment of the above case for filing petition for amendment of plaint for proper adjudication of the case.

Wherefore it is humbly prayed that Your Honour shall graciously be pleased to adjourn the case for 2(two) weeks and/or pass any such order as Your Honour may deem fit.

And for this act of kindness, the plaintiff as in duty bound shall ever pray.
