Dear Sir,

Re:    Last date for filing Petition Case against Mr. X, Prop. M/s. Company 1 (for recovery of Tk. 24 lac).

We refer to our previous letter No. LKP/JV/07/2007 dated 30.07.07 on the above matter.

As per your instruction, we sent a Legal Notice to the captioned defaulter for recovery of Tk. 24,00,000.00 (Taka twenty four lac) against dishonour of 7 Cheques drawn on Bank 1 on behalf of Company 2 on 11.07.2007.

In our previous letter dated 30.07.2007 we requested you to inform us whether you decide to file petition case against the captioned defaulter or not. Pursuant with N. I. Act, as per the calculation of limitation, the last date of filing a Petition Case against the captioned defaulter is 07.09.07.

If you decide to file Petition Case then you are requested to inform us in written within 30.08.07 positively.
