RE:      LEGAL NOTICE SERVED UNDER SECTION 138 OF THE NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENT ACT, 1881 BY THE Company 1.

I refer to your fax dated 10.01.2008 on the above subject matter.

You have requested me to give reply of the legal notice dated 13.12.2007 served by Fareast, which you received on 18.12.2007. As I was out of office I did not receive the instruction. The reply must be given by 18.01.2008. Due to my personal difficulties I am unable to act on behalf of Westmont and hence you are requested to have the reply prepared and served by any other lawyer. Please note, the reply must go by 18.01.2008 and you have adequate time to give instruction to any other lawyer to act on your behalf.

With regard to the legal notice dated 09.01.2008 served by Fareast, please note that I find no legal defense to raise by Westmont. As such I am unable to attend to the matter on behalf of Westmont. Therefore, I am returning your instruction.
