Re:          Legal opinion on the matter of “Production of Power of Attorney Before the Tribunal of Bangladesh Bar Council.

We refer to your letter no. …………… dated 06.09.2006 requesting us to give our legal opinion on the captioned subject matter.

Although the date and time (19.08.06 at 11.30 a.m.) fixed by the Bar Council to produce the Power of Attorney has elapsed we suggest the Manager, ……… Branch to send the Power of Attorney through an authorized officer to the Tribunal of Bangladesh Bar Council and get it verified by the Tribunal.
