We refer to your letter dated 25.02.2008 on the above subject.

In order for us to give our opinion the cost and procedure of arbitration in Singapore, we need to examine the following documents:

1.      The Agreement/Purchase Order executed between The Company 1 and M/S Company 2 according to which the papers were supplied;

2.      All other letters/documents/papers in relation to the dispute.

Kindly provide us with copies of the above-mentioned documents as soon as possible.
