RE:     Miscellaneous Case No. 89/2004, A/c. M/s. Company 1.

With reference to the above, please be informed that the next date of the captioned suit is fixed for Further Hearing (F.H.) in the 1st Joint District Judge Court, Dhaka on 04.02.2008. On that date we have to present before the Learned Court along with Mr. X san, Advocate, Robin Tower (4th Floor), 42/43, Purana Paltan, Dhaka, the potential witness on behalf of the Arab Bangladesh Bank Limited and the dealing lawyer of the Money Suit 12/1997 to conduct the hearing.

Therefore, you are requested to depute Mr. X to give evidence on behalf of Arab Bangladesh Bank Limited on the next date, 04.02.2008. You are also requested to instruct Advocate Mr. X to attend at our chamber one day before the hearing date. Please ensure the presence of Advocate Mr. X. The learned Court has given you the last chance to depute the concerned Advocate as witness.
