Whereas B Cement Limited, Head Office, House – 13, Road-12, Dhanmondi Residential Area, Dhaka-1209, Bangladesh being plaintiff has filed the above noted Money Suit against the defendant No. 3 i.e. Sunrich Marketing Pte. Ltd.10, Anson Road No.03-09, International Plaza, Singapore-079903.

Now, therefore summons in duplicate in the suit together with copies of the plaint of the suit are forwarded with a request to kindly cause Service of Summons on the above mentioned defendant and send back the original with report of service to this Court at any early date.
