I, Mrs. A, daughter of Mr. X………………. do hereby give this Notice of Divorce as follows:

01.              That I got married on 14.10.2002 to Mr. Y, son of Late Mr. A. The marriage was registered with the office of the Muslim Niakah Registrar & Kazi, Ward No. 1, Mohammadpur, Dhaka-1207.

02.              That due to irreconcilable difference with Mr. Y and pursuant to the power given to me under the Nikahnama, I have divorced my husband – Mr. Y by way of Talaq-i-tafweez on 14.06.2003 at my residence at House No. 6/8, Road No. 1, Shyamoli, Mohammadpur, Dhaka in the presence of the following witnesses:

1.      Mr. B

2.      Mr. C

Now this Notice of Divorce has been given to you requesting you to take all necessary steps as required by law.
