Ghosh Road, Khulna, respondent No. 2 in this case, do hereby make, constitute and appoint (1) A, Barrister-at-Law (2) B, Barrister-at-Law (3) C, Advocate, (4) D, Advocate, (5) E, Advocate, (6) F, Advocate and (7) G, Advocate, as our lawful Advocates and authorise and empower them to appear, act, present application, petition and affidavit and plead, appeal and compromise for and in our name and/or on our behalf in the above matter and in connection therewith to deposit and/or withdraw any money, file in or take out documents and papers and acts so done by the said Advocates after accepting this POWER shall be considered as our true and lawful act to all intents and purposes and We hereby agree to ratify and confirm the same.

BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that We shall pay in full to the said Advocates their usual or settled fees and charges and in default of such payment they will not be bound to do any of the acts at any stage in the matter.
