This is for information to all concerned that our client, BANK 1, …………… has filed Artha Rin Suit Nos. 345 of 2004 & 346 of 2004 in the 2nd Court of Artha Rin Adalat, Dhaka against MR. X & Others for recovery of money by sale of the Scheduled property mortgaged with our client along with other properties.

All concerned are hereby requested not to enter into any agreement or transaction for sale/purchase of the scheduled property. If any person(s) enter(s) into such any agreement or transaction for sale/purchase regarding the scheduled property, he/she/they will do so at his/her/their entire risk and responsibility.
