Please take notice that our client, BANK 1, has filed Artha Rin Suit No. 345 of 2004 & 346 of 2004 in the 2nd Court of Artha Rin Adalat, Dhaka against MR. X & Others for recovery of money by sale of the Schedule property along with other property.
All concerned are hereby requested not to enter into any agreement or transaction for sale/purchase of the scheduled property. If any person(s) enter(s) into such any agreement or transaction for sale/purchase regarding the scheduled property, he/she/they will do so at his/her/their entire risk and responsibility and our client shall not be liable for any consequences arising out of such agreement or transaction.
All that piece and parcel of land measuring 25.84 decimals under district Dhaka, P.S. Dhaka Cantonment, Sub-Registry Office Gulshan, J.L. No. 271, C.S. Khatian No. 516, S.A. Khatian No. 1038, Mutation Khatian No. 931, Hal Khatian No. 51672, C.S. & S.A. Dag No. 1208, Hal Dag No. 51572, 51570 along with building, construction and structures on the said land.
