RE: LEGAL QUOTATION FOR PROVIDING LEGAL SERVICES ABOUT DRAFTING OF A NEW CONSTITUTION OF COMPANY 1.

We refer to our conference with Mr. X, a member, quotation format for legal services COMPANY 1 (“COMPANY 1”), Ad-Hoc Executive Committee on 26.11.2007 on the above subject.

Our professional fees for providing the following legal services:

a)      Perusal of several constitutions of COMPANY 1, being COMPANY 1 Constitution 1974, COMPANY 1 Constitution Amendment 2003, and COMPANY 1 Constitution 2003;

b)      Examining and analysing the changes made in these constitutions;

c)      Reviewing and going over the writ petitions and other legal proceedings filed from time to time challenging various provisions of different constitutions of COMPANY 1;

d)      Reviewing the relevant laws and regulations governing the administration and constitution of COMPANY 1, including, inter alia, the National Sports Control Board Act 1974 and its various amendments, the National Sports Council Act, and the Constitution of the National Sports Council;

e)      Reviewing the constitutions of cricket boards of other countries;

f)       Structuring a new constitution in Bengali, which complies with all applicable laws of Bangladesh,

will be Tk. 250,000.00 (Taka two hundred fifty thousand) only.

Please confirm to us whether the fee is acceptable to you. We shall proceed with the works upon your confirmation of the same. If the work requires more than 3 (three) months to complete, then the above fees shall be subject to review by us.

Our professional fees do not include any fees or charges required for any registration, notarization, filing, or similar expenses, which shall be at actual. Our fees do not include any cost of required non-judicial stamp, cartridge papers,  printing costs, etc.
